Privacy policy
EuroJobApply can store personal data such as profile details, job application records, uploaded CVs, attached PDFs, current job location, application notes, and account interactions such as Knowledge Base article likes.
Purpose
Data is processed to provide application tracking, exports, dashboard summaries, file storage, Knowledge Base feedback signals, and related productivity features.
Storage
In the current MVP, data is stored in the configured application database and file storage. Deployment operators are responsible for backups, access control, and infrastructure security.
Knowledge Base likes
If a registered user likes a Knowledge Base article, EuroJobApply stores the user account identifier, article identifier, and timestamp so the opinion is counted once and can be changed by the user. Guest visitors are invited to register and no Knowledge Base like is stored for them.
Third-party services
Optional integrations may include Numbeo data, self-hosted Umami analytics, anonymous campaign measurement, and Clio AI provider calls. Clio AI sends selected user-provided content to an AI provider only when explicitly used. Analytics and campaign measurement are configured to avoid personal identifiers such as email, user id, CV/profile data, and application content.
User control
Users can edit or delete application data inside the app. Registered users can also remove a Knowledge Base article like by pressing the like control again. Export features can create filesystem copies of selected application content.
Commercial readiness
A production privacy policy, data controller details, retention rules, data processing agreements, and GDPR rights workflow must be finalized before public commercial launch.
