No. Each EU institution, agency, body, or organisation uses its own HR portal or application system. EuroJobApply helps you prepare, organise, improve, and track your application content, but you must copy the final text from EuroJobApply and paste it into the official application system used by the recruiting organisation.

EuroJobApply has three plan levels: Free, Starter, and Standard. The Free plan is assigned automatically when you register. Starter is designed for candidates who want extended workspace access and selected Clio AI support. Standard is the broader paid plan for users who want more complete Clio AI support across application review, fit assessment, preparation, and profile advice.

Yes. You can move from Free to a paid plan, and Starter users can upgrade to Standard. When upgrading from Starter to Standard, the intention is that your remaining Starter allowance is preserved and the Standard allowance is added, so the upgrade gives you broader access without discarding unused allowance.

Clio AI allowance depends on the amount of information exchanged with the AI model. Short edits usually use less allowance. Large Vacancy Notices, long question replies, many work-experience entries, full application reviews, or longer AI answers use more. This means EuroJobApply shows remaining allowance instead of promising a fixed number of identical calls.

If the Free plan allowance is used, Clio AI enters a cooldown period before Free usage resumes. You can keep using the workspace and update the data you need. To resume Clio AI earlier, you can upgrade to Starter or Standard. Some selected Clio AI supports may also have their own complimentary Free-use counters, shown near the relevant button when available.
