Staff Regulations

The core EU regulation governing the employment conditions, rights, obligations, pay, and pension of EU Officials, and applied by analogy to other staff categories via the CEOS. It sets out, among other things, the retirement pension rule (Article 77), the basic salary tables (Article 66), and the pension transfer mechanism (Annex VIII).
